2:15 on a Sunday Night

What is it about being a night owl? As much as I love to sleep, I sit down to do something, and it’s suddenly 1, 2, 3 a.m.! At least I am in good company. Balzac used to start writing at midnight, go through to dawn, and then sleep.

And what is it about the CAT? He will curl up and sleep while I work on the computer and then suddenly be wide awake and belligerent the moment I get horizontal!

I didn’t realize cats would turn into human babies and require feedings every two hours.

The problem with chronic unemployment (when it is no longer fun to be “off” all the time) is that some folks wind up with a Draculine schedule.

  1. Hi Honey – Welcome back to the blogosphere! At least you’re not up with Draculette!

Tomorrow I’ll be getting up in the middle of the night just as Nero is letting you finally drift into Slumberland.

    Love you! – Eric
